The manufacturer of Sant'Agata Bolognese presents a concept of a sedan supersportive which could well revolutionize the history of the Italian brand.
Four doors and four places: the Lamborghini Estoque could become the spearhead a future third range which would complement existing ranges to the two, those of the Gallardo and Murciélago.
The name, estoque, was chosen in keeping with the tradition of names assigned to Lamborghini cars that inspired the world of Spanish bullfighting. The estoque is the sword, which measures about 90 centimeters long, and is used by the Matador during the struggle against the bull.
The Lamborghini Estoque has been designed - Other time, other morals - for the family! A Lamborghini for dad, mom, the two children (yes, not more for the moment !) and… the golf bag !
But that is no mistake, it is a sports car: a length of 5.15 meters, a width of 2.00 meters to a height of 1.35 meter! The wheelbase is about 3.01 meters from him, not less.
Each element is unquestionably Italian and the cover plate, the generous wheelbase, ice lying low profile, the back, just as flat and ended back down: the "Italianità" pure on four wheels.
In terms of engine, various solutions are possible for the Lamborghini "estoque" Above all, the very powerful 10-cylinder of the Gallardo LP 560-4 suited to long journeys and demonstrating flair like no other engine.
The alternative could be a 8 cylinders turbocharger derived from the same V10. We can also consider variants of type "economic" of dynamism identical, as well a V8 power module diesel hybrid or a high-performance TDI. Now remains to be expected series production…
