Ford Mondeo will get new diesel and petrol engines of 2.0 liter Euro 5, which will be introduced at the Geneva Motor Show.

Ford Mondeo will get diesel and gasoline engines more economical and more environmentally friendly. The new engines for use EcoBoost technology for the petrol and Duratorq TDCI for propulsoarele.

The new 2.0-liter EcoBoost propelling an output of 203 hp and the 2.0-liter Duratorq TDCi diesel comes with three versions: 115, 140 and 163 hp.

In addition, the system with automatic transmission, dual clutch six-speed Ford PowerShift, easy and fluent, is now available on the Mondeo range, as standard diesel engine and optional 2.0-liter EcoBoost gasoline to diesel of 140 and 163 hp Duratorq TDCi.

Consumption of new engines is impressive, managing diesel variants of a 4.5-5 consumption litres/100 km, while the gas 6.0-6.5 litres/100 km. In addition to new engines, Ford will present in Geneva and the new C-MAX and C-Max Grande. The new engines will also be available on the Ford Kuga.
