Summary: Deletes the weight limitation from the definition of motorcycle. Deletes the separate definition for electrically powered motorcycles. Allows a driver of a fully enclosed 3-wheeled motor vehicle to operate the vehicle in a lane established as an exclusive or preferential use lane for high-occupancy vehicles.
