Summary: Authorizes in all counties of the State and in specified highway work zones the use of speed monitoring systems to enforce specified highway speed laws under specified standards and procedures, alters the speed of a motor vehicle at which the system will produce a recorded image, prohibits the use of such systems unless authorized by an ordinance, limits the system use in a school zone, relates to the procedures governing the use in a highway work zone, relates to the issuance of citations for violations.
