Summary: Provides for driving regulations, provides that when passing an emergency vehicle on the highway with two or more lanes traveling in the same direction a driver must travel in the lane not adjacent to the emergency vehicle and slow to a safe speed, provides that a low speed vehicle may traverse a highway, road or street with a certain speed limit for a certain distance.
