Summary: Provides for the maximum school bus ride time, school bus driver certification training, provides that parents are responsible for the safety, conduct, and timely arrival of their children to, from, and at the school bus stop, and that the number of students on a school bus must not be greater than the seating capacity, relates to inspection of buses, hazardous traffic criteria, hazardous traffic funds, and unescorted students, relates to the replacement and biodiesel use of buses.
