Summary: Relates to safe driving, provides that an applicant for the renewal of a license age seventy-five or older must pass an examination, to be developed by the registrar in consultation with the medical advisory board to assess cognitive and physical ability and any other condition that might prevent such applicant from operating a motor vehicle safely, relates to an appeal by an operator 75 years or older whose license has been suspended or revoked and the medical advisory board.
