Summary: Relates to the suspension and disqualification of drivers licenses for failure to make child support payments, provides for regulations that any restricted license granted to a person whose license has been suspended will include the word Restricted in bold face type, provides if a restricted use license is granted and notice is received from the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance of such person's failure to satisfy support arrears, the restricted license will be revoked.
