Summary: Amends the Vehicle Code. Provides that a person issued a restricted driving permit after being convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol or a combination of alcohol and another drug or intoxicating compound may drive only a vehicle equipped with an ignition interlock device until his or her driver's license has been reinstated. Provides that only a person convicted of a first, second or third DUI shall be issued a restricted driving permit. Increase the annual fee for installation of the device.
