Summary: Creates a Class G driver's license for persons using bioptic telescopic devices who complete an approved driver training program, authorizes the Division of Rehabilitation Services to create an approved driver training program, requires the Commissioner of the Division of Motor Vehicles to collect information regarding accidents, violations and convictions by Class G licensees.
