Summary: Eliminates the loss of driving privileges as a penalty upon a conviction of certain criminal offenses, makes conforming amendments, relates to failure to complete alcohol education programs ordered by the court, relates to failure to complete an alcohol evaluation or assessment, an alcohol education program, or an alcohol treatment program ordered by the court in connection with such plea or verdict, includes nondriving alcohol convictions.
