Summary: Enhancing school bus driver safety, provides that, upon proper request, the director shall furnish at no charge, a complete certified abstract of the full driving record maintained by the department to a school district for current or prospective school bus drivers. The department shall also immediately notify school districts if a school bus driver has had a driver's license or commercial driver's license suspended or revoked.
