Summary: Raises from 61 to 65 the age of people who may renew a driver's license by mail or electronically if the person has had an eye exam within the last 3 years. Authorizes people who are older than 65 years of age to renew their driver's licenses by mail if the person has had an eye exam within the last 6 months. Raises the standard of evidence.
