Summary: Amends existing law that requires a person's privilege to operate a motor vehicle to be suspended or revoked for a specified period of time if the person has been convicted of driving under the influence. Increases the periods of suspensions or revocations and imposing ignition interlock device requirements on a person whose license is suspended or revoked or applies for and receives a restricted driver' s license. Establishes the Ignition Interlock Device Assistance Fund.
