Summary: Provides that a person who purchases a bus to use as a church bus is not required to remove the red lamp, flasher lights and stop arm from the vehicle if it is rendered inoperable, provides that the bus may not be painted the national standard school bus chrome yellow, provides penalties for a person who recklessly passes a school bus stopped on a roadway when the arm signal device is in the extended position.
