Summary: Relates to booster seats, requires that a child under age 7 years between 40 and 50 inches in height be secured in a child booster seat, relates to penalties for traffic offenses, provides the amount of a violation fine and makes the fine subject to prepayment, requires that child restraint seat and booster seat fines are not subject to court costs, additional costs, or fees, provides the person so charged may provide sufficient proof of a seat purchase and have the charge dropped.
