Summary: Authorizes the use of an automated parking enforcement system and allows recorded images of parking violations to be submitted without authentication, amends the Traffic Adjudication Act of 1978, allows notices of infractions generated by an automated parking enforcement system to be served by mail and to be included in the Fleet Adjudication Program, makes conforming changes to Municipal Regulations.
