Summary: Relates to the Adam Arnold Act, requires court to sentence a driver to a minimum term of imprisonment if the person is DUI and leaves the scene of a crash that results in death, requires the court to order make restitution to the victim for any damage or loss if the driver leaves the scene of an accident that results in injury or death, requires court to make payment of restitution condition of probation, provides mandatory minimum term of imprisonment, allows assessment of victim injury points.
