Owners Don and Mike Munro, have been offering a quality driver’s education program since 1990 and are committed to providing superior traffic safety education for many years to come.

We are a licensed, state-certified driving school who is under the jurisdiction of the Washington State Department of Licensing. We are audited on a continual basis by the DOL and have maintained high quality standards that many schools fail to achieve.

With ten locations established throughout Skagit, Snohomish, San Juan and Island Counties, we’re here for the long haul and look forward to serving you for many years to come!

Our Refund Policy:
We require advance notice to cancel your registration into a course. If you are unable to attend a course you have already registered for and we do not receive notice before the first day of the class, we will charge a $25 administration fee plus, if applicable, $15 for each day that class was attended and $40 for each driving session taken. We will refund your deposit less these amounts as they apply. There will be NO REFUNDS given after the first 2 weeks of class. Please call us if you need futher clarification of our refund policy.
