A+ Driving School opened in October of 1995. Beginning with four employees, the school has grown to a staff of thirteen. Five certified instructors divide the teaching of thirty classroom hours giving students variety in both teaching techniques and styles. Eleven certified in-car instructors rotate through four cars to provide the six-hour behind-the-wheel experience for students.
A+ teachers bring backgrounds in education and experiences with young people and beginners to their instruction. They provide patient, competent instruction to the novice driver and give valuable recommendations to experienced beginners.
A+ instructors attend state in-services and national conferences to remain current in the latest information in driver education. The Driving School is a member of the Driving School Association of the Americas, Inc., the national organization, and holds offices and a membership in the Maryland Professional Driver Education Association, the state association.
A+ Driving School, Inc. is a member of the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce and participates in its Honor Card and College Recognition programs providing discounts to local high school and college students.
