Technical Details about Toyota Prius Plug-In
Japanese officials have revealed new details about the advertising of third generation model of the Prius plug-in.
First disclosure of those of Toyota lies in battery that is ECIP model, namely a lithium-ion. The concept is, at least temporarily, able to run at a speed of 100 km / h for 20 km, only electric propulsion.
In terms of capacity lithium-ion battery, Japanese officials have not given too many details, but when recharging from a standard outlet, it seems that will be 90 minutes. Performance is due experience that Toyota engineers have gained over time invested for the development of this technology.
