Mustang GT Pace Daytona 500

Ford will offer for sale a limited edition of 50 units of Mustang GT's Pace Car Daytona.

This is the first time you get a model Mustang Pace Car Daytona 500 on the famous circuit. For Ford is but a return, it is true after a long period of exactly 40 years. In a 1970 Ford Torino GT Convertible Pace Car was doing the honors of the NASCAR circuit at the beginning of the season.

This year, on February 14, Ford is, the model Mustang GT Daytona 500, which will open the season at Daytona International Speedway race.

Mustang GT Daytona 500 is nothing but a Mustang GT that benefit from the new 5 liter V8 Ford engine, capable of offering 412 hp, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Before the race, the model in question will be sold at auction, the funds obtained were intended for charity.

Ford has announced they will build another 50 units of the model in question, in a limited edition Mustang GT Daytona 500 Pace Car, which will be offered for sale to clients.

Each copy of the limited edition will be painted in special colors Daytona 500 and will be equipped with Ford Racing suspension, bar with projectors placed on the roof, special wheels painted body color and interior will also have a particular mission in accordance with the model.
