Ford will Present the new C-MAX at the Frankfurt Motor Show
Ford make the first official pictures of the new Ford C-MAX, which will make its global debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2009. Salon is open to the public between 17 and 27 September 2009.
The new Ford C-MAX borrows design elements from the remarkable concept Iosis MAX, presented this year at the Geneva Motor Show and bring new levels of style and attractiveness compact vehicle market for multiple activities (MAV). Moving away from the concept of MAV usual, using the style Ford 'kinetic design', in order to adopt a more dynamic appearance, similar to that of a car, the new model has a curved line of the roof, similar to a coupe, but at the same time preserves the familiar C-MAX features related to comfort, space and utility.
The new Ford C-MAX will bring many novel technologies in the Ford range, including new direct-injection gasoline engine Ford EcoBoost 1.6-liter and other advanced features to improve comfort and safety, such as parallel parking and semi-blind detection system death.
Ford C-MAX will be launched in the second half of 2010 and is the first of a new generation of global vehicles developed on the new Ford C-segment platform, scheduled to appear in the coming years.
Global range will also include the new Ford Focus, which will be launched in late 2010.
More details about the new Ford C-MAX will be disclosed at a press conference following Ford to be held in Frankfurt, on September 15.
