Chrysler fits the trend by expanding its range of electric vehicles

Chrysler LLC introduced at NAIAS 2009, 5 new concepts for electric vehicles: Chrysler 200C EV, the Jeep Patriot EV, Circuit Dodge EV, the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited EV and the Chrysler Town & Country EV

Chrysler recently introduced three electric vehicle prototypes advanced, while expressing its intention to expand its portfolio of fully electric vehicles and vehicle extension of autonomy on all its product lines.

At North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit in 2009, the company unveiled updated versions of these vehicles - and two new electric vehicles - reaffirming its commitment to developing and marketing a broad range of electric vehicles representing the brands Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge.

Chrysler will produce at least one of these vehicles for the North American markets in 2010 and after 2010 on the European markets, with three additional models to follow by 2013.

Between its ENVI electric vehicles and neighborhood electric vehicles GEM, Chrysler planning 500000 electric vehicles on the roads by 2013.

Chrysler 200C Concept EV is the perfect result of a daring design coupled with cutting-edge technologies that foreshadowed that a new generation of sporty sedan Chrysler could be.
