Carlos Ghosn announces an electric Infiniti

Boss Carlos Ghosn has announced that Infiniti will develop a hundred percent power.

Carlos Ghosn, CEO Carlos Ghosn, confirmed today in Tokyo that the luxury division of Nissan, Infiniti, will produce a hundred per cent electric model.

Ghosn stressed that going to think an Infiniti luxury model with four seats, high performance, which have zero carbon emissions.

Attending the opening of the 41st edition of the Tokyo Motor Show, Carlos Ghosn gave no other details about future electric model Infiniti.

Some speculation suggests that the powertrain of the future electric model will be based on the same technology that Nissan Leaf, electric model that will enter the market in 2010.
