BMW electric models will fiber body of carbon

Following an agreement signed with the Bavarian company SGL Group, one of the elements that will shape the body electric models will be produced from carbon fiber.

Future electric models from BMW called for the Megacity will have all the body light carbon fiber products.

The main advantage that it will be fitting these elements carbon fiber will be the weight models, which will diminish significantly.

Along with reducing the weight of their new vehicles, a very low assumption seems increasingly viable.

The investment of the two companies in this project will amount to 230 million euros.
